How did I make the connection between the paleo diet and the MS Diet book? And how did I actually start doing it? It all comes down to Crossfit. My box (what we call the gym), Crossfit Wilmington (CFW), is an amazing place that encouraged me to eat paleo and work out optimally. I am really lucky to have found it.  Or I should say, I am really lucky my sister forced it down my throat.

For the past year, I have been, among other things, eating only meat and vegetables in an effort to cure myself of MS. It’s working. This web site is an effort to put all the things I have read and used to shape my recovery in one place. Once I realized how effective this lifestyle is for controlling my MS (and all autoimmune issues) I thought other people would want to try it too. So, here is my effort to make it easier for you to get through it.

I made this recipe to suit my tastes (no onion, garlic, etc.), but it is very forgiving. Feel free to add whatever spices, etc. you like. Use the coconut milk powder to coat the chicken if you want it to have a bit of a “crust”; it’s completely optional, though. And be sure to include pulp in the orange juice—when dish is all done, the orange bits give a nice burst of flavor.
