So Jack Osborne has MS

All day people have been clamoring to let me know that Jack Osborne has MS. They want me to contact him and let him know about the autoimmune protocol of paleo. Which is sweet. In the beginning I thought I could tell Montel Williams, Neal Cavuto and Ann Romney about it and that they would listen and be better. I left messages for them on their facebook pages (like I did for Jack Osborne) and their Twitter and there was absolutely no response. Not even a blip. There's a lot of reasons for that, the main one being that these people do not even manage their own accounts.

Why do we want to help celebrities? Because they help us so much by entertaining us? In the case of Neal Cavuto I can understand why I would want to help him, I have a ton of respect for him and I hope he does his show forever so he needs to stay healthy. That's really helping me though, not him.

The reason I want a celebrity to have success is so they will spread the word about the reality of a free, non invasive, chemical free solution to a debilitating disease. And I don't even know why I want THAT. I feel better, my life is better so why do I even care if anyone else does this? I honestly don't know, but I do. There is something in me that wants anyone with MS to find relief.

Re: So Jack Osborne has MS

So funny. I've had soooo many people get in touch with me today and tell me about Jack Osbourne - and - I was planning on writing a blog post about it!! I agree that helping celebrities would be a great way to spread the word - for whatever your platform is. I'm so sorry that Jack O heard the same news we did - "you have MS" - but, perhaps now, some people that wouldn't otherwise have known anything about this MonSter will be educated. Also - it seems that some people believe that by donating to a cause championed by a celebrity, they are friends of that celebrity. Crazy - but fine by me. I hope this garners MS research a ton of cash!! BTW, I too reached out to Jack today and gave him my best MS advice - give it the finger and speak to it as it deserves: "FUMS"!!
